Basking Ridge A&P Store Laying Off 66 Employees by Thanksgiving
According to WARN notices filed with the State of New Jersey by food store A&P, 66 employees in the Basking Ridge A&P store will be released from their jobs by November 26 – Thanksgiving Day – this year. The layoffs have the potential to lead to union grievances and upset, as well as possible claims for discrimination and wrongful termination.
