Mark Law Firm wins federal court sexual harassment trial

In August 2009, the Mark Law Firm filed a Federal Title VII Sexual Harassment, Hostile Work Environment, Discrimination and Retaliation lawsuit for Iris Cuadra against Univision Communications Inc.

After eight days of trial and jury deliberation, the Mark Law Firm is proud to announce that a jury returned a verdict of $200,000 for Ms. Cuadra.
